Did you overcharge me?

Sometimes it may seem as though the customer has been charged more than what they originally expected, but this is not something that should happen.
Most likely there is a logical explanation for this. 

For example, at checkout the total price will be shown in USD, with VAT included on applicable orders.
VAT is only paid for orders within the EU.

It is possible to view the price of an item in the currency of your choice by pressing the Currency-button at the top of the page. 
In this way you can gain a better overview of what the cost would be in your local currency.

There is also a VAT-button next to the currency button so that you can view the cost with or without VAT. 
Some banks may charge a fee for international transactions. 

It is possible that orders outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the products reach specified destinations. 
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. 

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. 
Check with your local customs for more information.
