How long does it take for your customer support to reply to my email?

Our customer service is here to assist you, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm CET.
We will do our best to answer all inquiries within a working day. 

Delays will naturally occur over weekends and on holidays. 
As we are based in Sweden, we observe Swedish holidays.
